1. Register its free and easy. (You need to enter an email address that you can check immediately because eBay will send you an email that contains instructions on how to complete the registration.)
2.  Choose a user ID, password, and a secret question.
3. Read and accept the eBay User Agreement and Privacy Policy
4. Check your email.  (check your email for a registration email from eBay and follow the instructions in the email to confirm your registration and complete the registration process.)
